Ltd., established in 1980, began with a small resin plant dedicated to the manufacture of Phenol Formaldehyde Resins, specifically Novolac (Powders) and Resoles (Liquid), in the remote and undeveloped area of Pali, Taluka Sudhagad, Dist. Raigad - 410 205, Maharashtra. The factory's strategic location near major raw material suppliers and a key all-India transport hub facilitates the efficient dispatch of finished goods.

By establishing its facility in this region, Romit Resins Pvt. Ltd. created employment opportunities for rural men and women. Over the years, the company has developed P.F. Resin for various applications, custom-tailored to meet customer requirements. With more than four decades of experience in manufacturing Phenol Formaldehyde Resins, Romit Resins Pvt. Ltd. has continuously improved its products based on valuable technical feedback from customers and the need to meet stringent quality specifications.
